Goal Oriented, Positive, Ambitious
Phase 1
Forging
Represented by the blacksmith hammers. The focus is daily movement with clean non processed foods while maintaining proper hydration. The repetitive nature of the hammer is a reminder of the concentration, precision, and self control it take to achieve your goal.
Phase 2
Heating
Represented by the fire the focus of this phase is to maintain elevated heart rates. The goal of this phase is to remind yourself of the physical and mental demands required to achieve transformative results.
Phase 3
Endurance
Represented by the clock. The focus is build physical and mental stamina. In the endurance phase the focus will be the improvement of a 5k, 10k, 13.1, or 26.2 race! Through this phase we will navigate through adversity and achieve resilience.
Phase 4
Hardening
Represented by the anvil. The focus will be powerlifting. The goal is to provide a strong stable base to resist deformation. Symbolizing physical power and durability.
Physical Education for kids

Our mission is to teach kids how to win, through fitness.
We have set an 8 week program from 6/2 - 8/1 with a one week break for the July 4th holiday (6/30 - 7/4) . We will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00pm until 12:45pm.
Our goal is to increase class pushup average, squat average (with weight), plank hold, and decrease our average mile time.
We plan to achieve that by developing exercise programs that will help us achieve those goals.
We will also learn how to win by showing up, being on time, attentive, focused, positive and ultimately through hard work, getting better.
